THE GIFT BOX
The GIFT BOX Le Typographecan be delivered in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands. Shipment is made from our offices in Brussels, once a month on the date of shipment indicated monthly on our website. The GIFT BOX Le Typographe is delivered by our service provider GLS.
We are sorry we cannot offer to replace, exchange or refund any web order. If ever this order is delivered damaged, or not in accordance with the order placed, please contact us by email or phone, and send us back the damaged product, and we will refund or replace it, within a time of 10 business days starting from the day we receive it.
When will my order be shipped?
We usually ship orders in stock within 3 business days. Nevertheless, if we are out of stock, the order will be shipped within a maximum of 10 business days, as this represents a usual production delay.
What shipping methods do you use?
We use FEDEX shipping service, or BPOST for Belgium and near EU countries, and BPACK WORLD for the rest of the world.
